Boat Lift Installation
Description of Project
The New Bern Yacht Club is requesting CAMA approval to install three (3) boat lifts within the existing
structure of fixed docks we currently have. No portion of these new lifts will extend beyond the
footprint of our current docks. There is no land clearing or disruption of the shoreline involved in this
project.
The lifts we have decided to install are Tide Tamer Four Piling 13,000 lb lifts. We are planning on having
Bobby Cahoon Construction install the pilings per the requirements of Tide Tamer for these lifts. They
will be 12" diameter pilings vibrated in a minimum of 10'.
Attached please find drawings to support this application.
