Attached is everything needed for two slip permit for William Geraghty, located at 8308
Bald Eagle Lane, Wilmington, NC 28411.

The existing pier and dock suffered quite a bit of dammage in this last hurricane. The
floating dock was completely gone. With this said, we would like to build back new
making a couple small additions. One would be the platform on the end will be a 20x2O'
rather than the existing 16x16'. Secondly, we want to add a boatlift in slip #2 (as shown
on sketch). Lastly we want to construct a new bulkhead waterward of coastal wetlands.
If you need anything further from me, please call me, and I will gladly help with
anything I can. Im not sure if you are or have done a site visit on this property, but if you
let me know the date and time I will meet you their to stake out for the bulkhead. Thanks
