Box 131 Ash, N.C. 28420 910-754-9345 Mr. McGuire, We will be doing the 50% repairs to the floating dock and fixed platform at 162 Sand Dollar Street, Holden Beach N.C. 28469. The property owners are Michael and Debra Fincher. As per your conversation on site with the property owner and Joe we will be doing all that you stated and approved according to CAMA regulations which are as follows: (Approximate 8` x 16') Floating dock: installing all new bands, joists and floats and keep existing decking and flipping it over if homeowner desires. (Approximate 4' x 6') Fixed small platform: level and attach it to the bulkhead and install new decking with pickets on two sides and a new gate. We will be installing an approximately 34" x 14' aluminum ramp. Please email the exemption to me as soon as possible. Thank you for all your help in this matter!
