described above is hereby certified as exempt from the
CAMA permit requirements. This exemption to CAMA
permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local
authorization.

Scope of work.
Fixed dock: jet and push down with barge/ crane.
Walkway: jet and push down with barge/ crane.
We are not replacing any floor joist , drop girders or x -bracing. The less than 10 pieces of decking and less than 20 foot a
handrail.
