This memorandum, with attachments and check ($200), conveys the application for reissuance of
CAMA General Permit No. 65073 held by T11y Chambers for construction of a private pier,
ramp, and floating dock his (Jacoey LLC) property at 1510 Creek Walker Trail, Winnabow, NC
28479 in Brunswick County. During the permit period, Mr. Chambers was able to complete 108
ft of the pier with an additional 12 ft that has all but decking. To bring completion to the
proposed project, the construction of the remaining 160' of pier, 16 ft x 20 ft fixed platform, 3 ft
x 7 ft ramp, and 8 ft x 16 ft floating dock, are scheduled to be completed this spring and early
summer.
A letter of notification, project drawings, and project waiver have been sent to adjacent riparian
property owners 1). Robert and Helen Hopler, and 2). Orton Plantation Holdings, Dillon Epp,
property manager. Both parties indicated they would sign and send in the waiver after review.
Please do hesitate to contact me or Jacoey property owner Tony Chambers if you find this
application insufficient or have questions. Otherwise, we look forward to receiving an updated
CAMA permit in the near future to allow project completion.

65873 issued May 5, 2015. After completing nearly half of the project, it became
dormant as the project period expired. Mr. Chambers is in position to complete it this
