Based on the drawing provided, it looks like the dock reconfiguration keeps all pilings out of the setback area and a
floating dock sticking out about 8feet into the setback.
As long as no pilings are in the setback navigation has no concerns with a floating dock 8 ft into the channel. the
adjacent boat life will also not be an issue to use as long as the piles are outside of the setback as well. Thanks.

east yacht in Oak Island out as far as possible. I attached a schematic to see if it would work for the USACE. Please let
