Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.Spam@nc.gov<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> Based on the drawing provided, it looks like the dock reconfiguration keeps all pilings out of the setback area and a floating dock sticking out about 8feet into the setback. As long as no pilings are in the setback navigation has no concerns with a floating dock 8 ft into the channel. the adjacent boat life will also not be an issue to use as long as the piles are outside of the setback as well.
