Brief Description Of Changes To Existing Permit
Dear Debbie,
This letter and envelope is in reference to permit GP#74686. This is a general permit you wrote
for me to build new bulkhead (existing bulkhead failed from hurricane Frances) pier, and dock for
Emmitt Aldredge. Property located at 2016 Deep Creek Run, in Ogden.
I have successfully completed this bulkhead. I ended up putting new bulkhead in the same
location as existing was, because the existing bulkhead had fell over to the point I would have had
to step out much further than allowed by permit. What I am seeking today is to revise or write a
new permit for the pier, and dock as we would like to put it on the other end of the lot, and
change some of the dimensions.
We would like to change the following:
1. Platform from a 12'xl2' to a 16'xl6'
2. Floating dock from a 6'x20' to a 6'x40'. (Their used to be a 6'x47' floating dock. at this
location as I have included the google earth picture)
3. Change the 6'x6' platform to a 6'xl6' so we can run the ramp north and south leading
down onto floating dock. These folks are older, and ramp is steep at this location, so I
think it will be a heck of lot safer for them if the ramp lands on the floating dock running
north & south.
NOTE: I have included for convenience:
1. Revised drawing
2. Existing CAMA permit
3. Google Earth picture
4. Agent Authorization Form
5. Both adjacent property owner notification forms
6. Another $400.00 check

back to you. We have just completed the bulkhead, and ready to start this dock. If everything is
not clear, or you need anything what so ever from me, I will bring right over, just let me know.
