Dear Adjacent Property Owner,
This letter is to inform you that we, Allen and Natalie Brown, are applying for a
General CAMA permit to construct a concrete riprap barrier with dirt backfill on
our properties at 188 & 184 Fannie Creek Lane, Sneads Ferry, NC, in Onslow
County.
As required by CAMA regulations, I have enclosed an Adjacent Riparian Property
Owner Statement and a copy of my project drawing as notification of the
proposed project.
If you have no objection, please sign the statement and return it to me in the self-
addressed stamped envelope enclosed as snon as possible. Also, please note that
in order for my project to abut your existing bulkhead seawall to avoid a gap that
could enable further erosion, please also waive the 15' setback requirement.
