I have requested authorization to remove and replace the culvert. (It has filled in and has several failures.) Mr. Davenport advised me that a general permit is available for this activity and to be able to receive this permit, I need to notify my waterfront neighbors and request that you check off " I have no objection to this proposal at the top of the attached form. If you would kindly sign the form and return to me via email and regular mail, I would appreciate it. In conjunction with the culvert removal, I intend to clean out the ditch back to its original grade, this maintenance activity does not require a specific permit.
