This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that I) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . I have enclosed a picture of the property and the location of the existing dock in the Southwest corner of the property. I just plan to replace posts and decking, and the Planned size is 6' x 8'. 1 am required to notify you since you have riparian ownership of the water adjacent to my riparian water rights. I am also planning an 18-inch-high landscape wall approximately 30 feet back from the water line in my back yard. I am required to inform you of planned work as part of obtaining my permits.
