In response to your request for a permit to build a sea wall, please be advised that Lance & Lisa Burgo of 1422 Seafarer
Drive have no objections provided of course the property at 1422 Seafarer will not experience any physical damage and
that trucks and equipment will not be stored on our property.

We are replacing the seawall at our dock due to rotten wood below the water line on the existing wall. In order to get the
CAMA permit, we need permission from our adjoining neighbors that it is ok to do so.
The format just needs to state your name(s) & address giving permission to Charles Gordon & Sharon Stephenson to
repair/replace the bulkhead at 1420 Seafarer Dr, Oriental, NC, Sea Vista lots 23 & 24.
You can send this to me via email & I will forward to the contractor who will be picking up the permit.
