Subject: Permission to obtain construction permit for bulkhead repair
To those it may concern,
We, Bob and Joanne Buck, owners of Lot 15 at Whittaker Pointe development, grant Bob Carlyle and A -
Wall Marine permission to obtain a construction permit on our behalf for a bulkhead
construction/repair project. We have reviewed our proposed project with our neighboring property
owners, Darrel Hewson and Andrew Wallace, and they are supportive of this project.
Additionally, we are aware that these neighbors may also be undertaking similar bulkhead work and we
are supportive of their projects.
