DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 20' long
walkway and a 5' wide x 10' long stepdown that will run along the existing
bulkhead. This includes new outer and inner mooring pilings.
We propose to install a new concrete 5' wide x 8' long platform for a floating dock
gangway landing. This includes a 3' x 14' aluminum gangway ramp.
We propose to install a new wooden floating dock which will be 8' wide x 30'
long. This includes two (2) mooring pilings off of the floating dock.
We propose to construct and install a set of 6' tall x 4' wide steps on the far -right
side of the property next to the seawall leading down to the water.
