Said that Wayland has already done the final/close out on the house. I'm surprised the building permit data wasn't updated online... but then again, it may be like our permit database... it won't let you make changes to a permit that has expired... but we can go online and do a modification for the record. The county later assigned a new number for the parcel that the house and dock was built on and that number is 57137. If you need to call me and discuss please do and the number is 252-996-0910.
