There will be a 4' wide x 46' long finger pier on the left side and a 5' wide x 16' long stepdown on the right. We propose to install a new 14' wide x 14' long gazebo roof on the end dock platform. This will be a hip roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12. We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include installation of four (4) new 10" x 30' long pilings.
