DESCRIPTION - REVISED
We propose to install a new concrete dock platform addition. This addition will
be 13' 8" wide x 20' long +/- and will be constructed underneath the new boat
house roof. This will include a 5' wide x 10' long stepdown platform.
We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
