DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new wooden seawall. Wall will be 90' long with 2' — 3'
exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on the left side of the property.
We propose to install a new concrete walkway finger pier that will extend off of
the landward walkway back towards the garage. This will be 5' wide and 56' long.
This will also include a 5' wide x 22' long wooden walkway to be built under the
back porch and connected to the garage.
We propose to install a new landward concrete walkway. Walkway will be 5' wide
x 94' +/- long, on land, connecting from the lower deck platform to the existing
concrete dock.
We propose to make repairs to the existing wooden wave attenuator.
We propose to install a new concrete platform. Platform will be 9' wide x 10' long
and will be located near the shore on the left side of the existing pier.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four (4)
new 30' long pilings.
