Hey Ryan,
I need a permit for 202 Bogue Lane in Cape Carteret. The existing dock is going to be removed and we are
going to put in a new hog slat style dock. The proposed walkway will be 6'xl20' and the proposed platform will
be 20'x20' and will be covered with a hip style roof. There is an existing (4) pole boat lift that will be re -located
and we will install a new (4) pole boat lift. We would also like to install (2) floating dock style jet -ski lifts. The
above proposed work will be phase 1. Phase 2 will require a major permit process for a floating dock which I
am working on the drawings for now. I would like to go ahead and get the general permit for phase I so we can
start once we have it. I have attached the drawing, agent authorization form and waiver from the neighbor on
the west because we will be over the riparian set back. the neighbor to the east is impossible to get up with. We
will not be past the set back on their side. Do I need anything from them?
