Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

I put the plans into a spread sheet and came up with 364' for the fingers on either side of the pier that goes
straight out 380'. Could you confirm these numbers?

Hi Ryan,
I re -notified both neighboring lot owners about mirroring the CAMA permit plans you have on file.
To refresh your memory flipping the boat house to the east side allowed the pier going out to be more centered
on the lot while maintaining proper setback on both property boundary sides.
Please let me know if you need anything else and when I can come down and pick up the reissued permit.
Attached are the acknowledgements and the mirrored plan.

,Woaregstarting putting the pilings in today. Would it be alright if I mirrored the plan so the boat house is on the
east side? Although everything fit within the property boundary, the neighbor's dock to the West is closer to my
boundary and spacing works better if I mirror the plan. Call me if you have any questions.

I changed the roof dimensions of the boat house to be 13.5'x28' which equals 378 sqr ft.
Would that work? If not I could expose the catwalk on the east and north side as well.
