Attached are the adjacent property owner statements that include a drawing. (not to scale obviously) The length was
estimated by contractor Ashley Brooks with understanding you would determine final length. Our request would be to
have the pier approximately the same length as adjacent pier to the east. (109 Intracoastal Court)

Good morning Ryan, I am ready to apply for personal pier permit for lot 2 Intracoastal Court, Cedar Point, NC. How do I
get started? Pier will be built by Ashley Brooks and I already have Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements
completed by both neighbors. What do I do next? Thanks for your help.

Subject: [External] Permit #153-07 Intracoastal Cove Homeowners Association
Good afternoon Ryan, disregard my voicemail message if you see this first.
When we received approval for minor modification on permit #153-07 to construct a bulkhead, it also included
authorization for 6 boat lifts that were specified in our request. The bulkhead was completed was completed well
within the required time but to date, only 1 of the 6 boat lifts have been installed. I just noticed on the permit that "all
work shall cease when the permit expires on December 31, 2016." Since the pilings are already in place and all that is
needed is to bolt lift on to the pilings, what kind of permit extension is required to complete the boat lifts? I apologize
that I missed the date on the permit but at that time was focused more on completing the bulkhead. Thanks for your
help.
