When we received approval for minor modification on permit #153-07 to construct a bulkhead, it also included authorization for 6 boat lifts that were specified in our request. The bulkhead was completed was completed well within the required time but to date, only 1 of the 6 boat lifts have been installed. I just noticed on the permit that "all work shall cease when the permit expires on December 31, 2016." Since the pilings are already in place and all that is needed is to bolt lift on to the pilings, what kind of permit extension is required to complete the boat lifts? I apologize that I missed the date on the permit but at that time was focused more on completing the bulkhead. Thanks for your help.
