Proposed development is to add a 7,000 pound Elevator Boat Lift at the end of
my existing dock. A picture of a typical Elevator Lift is attached as well as a
picture of my current dock. The Elevator Lift will be installed between the
outside pilings of the current dock, the middle piling will be cut down to be level
with the dock.

must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by
