DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 318' long with 4' — 4.5'
exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on both sides of the property.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 50' long
walkway connecting to a 13' wide x 30' long platform. There will be a 5' wide x
10' long stepdown on the left side of the platform.
We propose to construct and install a set of 4" x 10" treated timber steps, on
each side of the walkway, from the dock down to the beach.
We propose to install eight (8) 12" x 35' long mooring pilings.
We propose to remove and discard an old culvert that is stuck in the mud
underwater. This culvert is near the center of the creek front, about 10 yards east
of the tree that has fallen into the creek and about 5 yards offshore.
