STYRON DRIVE ORIENTAL, NC DESCRIPTION We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 318' long with 4' — 4.5' exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on both sides of the property. We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 50' long walkway connecting to a 13' wide x 30' long platform. There will be a 5' wide x 10' long stepdown on the left side of the platform. We propose to construct and install a set of 4" x 10" treated timber steps, on each side of the walkway, from the dock down to the beach. We propose to install eight (8) 12" x 35' long mooring pilings. We propose to remove and discard an old culvert that is stuck in the mud underwater.
