In addition to the above referenced lot, Coordinated Properties owns parcel number 742500059782000 located on the other side of our property. There are no changes to the shoreline on this side of our property. WAIVER SECTION I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me.
