As we discussed, I plan to have a new boathouse and dock built on my Dallas Paul Rd. property, which is adjacent to yours. Attached are two files. One is a property map on which I have drawn the approximate location of the new construction in relation to our house. Please note that it is not to scale. The other is a drawing, created by the builder, showing the footprint of the new construction. Along with the new construction, the old boathouse at the north end of our property, and the existing dock at the south end of the property, will be dismantled and removed. When we spoke, you indicated that you did not object to the proposed construction. Therefore I would greatly appreciate it if you would email the local NC Division of Coastal Management office to advise them of that. The agency representative has already visited our property and stated that the proposed construction is permittable. His name and contact information are: Shane F.
