Thank you for taking the time to talk with me this morning regarding the reconstruction of our personal dock. As I
mentioned, we had allot of damage to the dock but the boat lift is still in -tact. We would like to obtain a permit to
rebuild back in the same general footprint as we had prior to the storm. All of the dock will be to the left (away from the
property line of 299 Person Circle) and the existing structure is over 15 feet from the property line if it were extended
into the creek. My home address is:
