We need a emergency permit to repair damage caused by Hurricane Florence to the pier located at 103 Hazel
Lane, Newport, NC (Salty Shores). Pilings are still intact but most of the walk way boards are damaged or
gone, some of the center support boards are gone and some need to be realigned or replaced. The outer
stringers need to be reinforced in some areas. (They are doubled for additional support and some of the inside
boards are gone or need to be replaced.) As discussed, we also own 107 & 111 Haze] lane which adjoins this
property.
