If you want a 20' x 20' platform at the end this will only leave 72 sf. It is however you want to use that left over 72 sf. I will need an updated drawing showing all the stuff being removed as well as all the new proposed development with dimensions. As long as it doesn't exceed the 472sf maximum, you will be fine. You will also need to get the adjacent neighbors to sign and date the new drawing. Once I have this I will redraw the permit and let you know when it is ready.
