Because the shoreline is 59', you are allowed a maximum of 472sf of platform. If you want a 20' x 20'
platform at the end this will only leave 72 sf. It is however you want to use that left over 72 sf. I will
need an updated drawing showing all the stuff being removed as well as all the new proposed
development with dimensions. As long as it doesn't exceed the 472sf maximum, you will be fine. You
will also need to get the adjacent neighbors to sign and date the new drawing. Once I have this I will
redraw the permit and let you know when it is ready.

In the old lift with the finger piers that you are proposing to remove now, are you
removing the finger piers as well? If you are you wanting finger piers at the repair lift
area? Also I will need the neighbors to sign and date the updated drawing and have you
send that to me.
