Below is the letter with electronic signature requesting the permit from both parties of Blue Bird Condo to build after
Florence damage to our 7013 Sound Drive property. Please let us know if you need anything else.

As Blue Bird Condo Unit owners of 7013 Sound Drive East and West, Emerald Isle NC 28954 respectively, Matthew and
Maureen Bolinger and Vincent and Michelle Taylor request a permit to build after damages from Hurricane Florence
washed away the dock, walkway, and has left the sea wall and boathouse and boatlift in need of immediate repair.
Matthew and Maureen Bolinger and Vincent and Michelle Taylor will install a new walkway and dock to access the
boathouse for Unit West and the boat lift for Unit East, and to make sea wall repairs for 7013 Sound Drive. Please advise
that we jointly agree to the permit and appreciate your immediate attention to assisting Blue Bird Condo owners in
restoring their property.
