Leeward Harbor Home Owners Association needs to remove less than 1000 CY of soil buildup within our marina located
at 211 Arendell Street Morehead City NC. The soil buildup is as a result of Hurricanes Florence and Michael. Please
allow this to serve as our official request for a Storm Excavation permit to allow us to remove this material from our
marina. Please see two Adjacent Riparian property owner statements from our adjacent property owners whom are
Portside Marina and Dockside Marina. We appreciate your help in this matter and enjoyed talking with you today.
