Dear Heather,
Per our conversation, we would like to replace the pier we lost during hurricane Florence at 212 Upchurch Road (Lots 4
and 5, Live Oak Cove Subdivision), Newport on Bogue sound. Our intent is to replace 100 ft back in the same central
location per the attached sketch.
Please reply how best to proceed.

PS: We have been requesting a site map from the Bogue View Court Homeowners Association for their replacement
pier. The original pier was in our riparian waters and we only waived the setback requirement. Are you the person
whom we should be discussing this subject?
