DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 70' long
walkway connecting to an 11' wide x 24' long platform. The existing boat house
roof will remain and we propose to rebuild a 6' wide x 11' long wooden walkway
and a 3' wide x 32' long wooden finger pier around the boat lift.
This will all be in the same footprint as before the storm.
