Per your instruction I have enclosed a letter from the adjacent property owner to the east waiving the 15 foot encroachment of the pier into the side yard setback. The footprint will remain the same. However, the pier encroaches the 15 ft. side setback from our shared property line. In order for us to obtain a permit for the repair a waiver of this encroachment from you is required. Please indicate your willingness to grantor withhold this waiver by singing below.
