Hello Mr. Taylor,
I am reminding everyone that I have issued emergency permits to, that all work must remain within the footprint and
dimensions that existed immediately prior to the hurricane. Also if any portion falls within the 15' riparian setback ,even
with the emergency storm permit, a waiver will be required. Your permit is for the replacement of the pier access only
and if any other work needs to be completed, then I will need a waiver from the adjacent neighbors so I can modify the
emergency permit. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
