Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s)
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Great. I will put the rock and the dock on the permit notification letters arid get those out this week. Once I get those Notification Receipts back I will schedule an appointment
with the CAMA Field Rep. At that time we will do a site visit and he will most likely write the permit right then.
Please respond to this email confirming that I have permission to act as your Authorized Agent. This will allow me to obtain the permit on your behalf and you will not need to
be on site to sign the permit when I meet with the CAMA Rep.

I believe that is a size they call'football'size. The next size up is'truck tire' The football size is better for really tucking in the shoreline,that is what you typically see in
creeks. The big stuff is usually used out on the river
