Tara, after my visit to 418 Buccaneer last week, I had some thoughts I wanted to share. Based on the adjacent
neighbor's facility,there seems to be the water depth for the proposed structures. However,the neighbors on both
sides of the creek had floating platforms that were resting on the bottom during the low tide I was there for. Because
the area is PNA and the waterway is so narrow there, I wouldn't have a problem with the proposed configuration, but I
would ask that stops be conditioned on the lift to keep the bottom of the boat 18" above the bottom substrate. And
also, a stop on the floating structure to prevent any part from resting upon the substrate in the event of significant low
tides,wind-driven tides, or other circumstances. Let me know if you need anything else from me and thanks so much
for getting up with me about this project.

Under current regs,the decking area is too large.They aren't allowed to exceed 6' in width. That may change pending an
upcoming text amendment regarding the city's conservation resource regulations.
