You must proceed with the project using Endurance Marine as your contractor If your plans change please notify the board prior to using an alternate contractor. 2. You will be fully responsible and liable for the lift. Any damage occurring to association property now or in the future as a result of the lift will be your responsibility. I am inquiring to the Board Of Directors of Slash Creek about a boat lift for my slip in Slash Creek (E-1). I meet with Endurance Marine Construction to provide a quote for a boat lift with all the necessary permits. The lift will be installed on 4 new poles approx 8" ea pole inside of the limits of the slip. The poles are necessary so if the wall should fail the lift is not tied into it to fail also. I would also contract Suburban Electric to run the proper electrical line from the meter to the slip to ensure that the correct power to the lift is sufficient. The Board of Directors approved the request with the following conditions. 7. You must proceed with the project using Endurance Marine as your contractor. If your plans change please notify the board prior to using an alternate contractor. 2. You will be fully responsible and liable for the lift. Any damage occurring to association property now or in the future as a result of the lift will be your responsibility. Upon sale of your unit you will be responsible for the removal of the lift.
