Thanks for the email....
You guys may want to wait until you are able to decide what kind of lift
you
want to install in the slip.
Your guys's slip never had a lift in it....so you have a clean slate to work
with.
It would be probably better to wait and decide what kind of lift you want
to
install in your slip...instead of having random pilings placed in the slip.
Now, for the finger pier that IS the responsibility of the homeowner, I
think Mrs. Hilbert, your neighbor who you will be sharing the finger pier
with has decided to replace the finger pier as it was. This is the easier
and least expensive route.
You guys could probably share in the cost of this construction it
should
not be a ton of money.
Just so yall know..
Shipwatch is responsible for the main pier and now we have decided to
get
power out to the end of the piers.
Then, the individual homeowner is responsible for the finger pier, there
on

slip and lift, and the power/water to it.
Sound good??

Shipwatch
with closing scheduled on 3/20/18. When at the house I had a
conversation
with the contractor and he told me that he was making a list of residents
that needed pins replaced. The slip allocated for 8947 needs 4 pins.
Please
could give the contact information to enable to have the pins replaced
while
the contractor is at this site.
