Hi Tyler,
Yes I was asked to confirm the 404 line,though there were no 404 wetlands onsite. I flagged based on my knowledge of
the extent of the mean high tide. CAMA had previously flagged the line and wanted the Corps confirmation. Let me
know if there is anything else you need.

Hey Rachel,
This is Tyler McGuire with the Division of Coastal Management, and I am working on the CAMA GPs for the new
bulkheads on Pipers Neck Road on Figure Eight. I see on the application where it says you flagged the bulkhead
alignment on July 18th? Could I get an email from you describing that the bulkhead alignment was flagged by you to
help expedite these permits? I understand Brooks, Courtney, and maybe Patrick have all been on site and that we had
you (USACE) flag the 404/coastal/bulkhead alignment???
