You indeed do have our permission to get the permit to build our pier. Which mailing address do you
need? The river property, or our main legal residence?
River address: 176 Driftwood Drive, Crystal Beach Estates, Blounts Creek,NC , 278214.
Legal address: 1103 East Rock Spring Road, Greenville,NC, 27858.
I hope that this is adequate. Please let me know if you need anything else. Also,by when will you need the
first payment toward this construction?

Mr. Ericson,
Happy New Year to you aswell. I actually met with CAMA this Morning to get a permit. However, I will need
you to send me an email saying that I have your permission to get the permit to build your pier, along with a
mailing address. As far as a start date, I would say the end of the month. Unfortunately,the weather just doesn't
want to give us a break However, I already have all the concrete slats along with the rest of the materials at my
shop for your pier.. I will have to deliver the materials a trailer load at a time so we aren't interfering with taking
up space at the park. We will have to load and unload materials on the barge at the beach access.
