Janyce, as discussed today, later this summer we
plan to have some work done to hopefully protect
our riverfront property. This will include building a
bulkhead next to the bluff, repair two existing piers,
probably adding one or two more shorter piers, and
bringing in some granite to protect the lower bluff.
And may build small platform off the beach for
swimming or boats.
As discussed, CAMA says we need the consent of
adjacent property owners. The easiest way to do this
is reply to this email stating we have your consent
to do this. Look forward to seeing you soon. Steve
