owners Larry Windley would like to have our company install a Bulkhead along his shoreline
approximately 81' (+/-). On his property located at 108 NW Avenue, Swan Quarter, North
Carolina in Hyde County.
You are the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify
you of this project in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review
the attached permit application.
