drawings(8) 1 dtd.2/20/07,2 dtd.2/14/07, 1 dtd. 3/12/07, 1 of 5 dtd. 12/3/06,2 of 5 dtd. 11/9/06,&4 of 5 dtd. 12/22/06.
This permit,issued on October 19,2015 , is subject to compliance with the application(where consistent
with the permit),all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below.Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action;or may cause the permit to be null and void.
Docking Facility
1) Unless specifically altered herein,this permit authorizes the 6 ft. x 205 ft. pier terminating in a 27 ft.
x 16 ft. platform,the 10 ft. x 50 ft. floating dock system, and two 13 ft. x 14 ft. boatlifts, all as
expressly and specifically set forth in the permit application. No other structure, whether floating or
stationary, shall become a permanent part of this expanded docking facility without permit
modification. No non-water dependent uses of structures shall be conducted on, in or over Public
Trust waters without permit modification.
2) In accordance with commitments made by the permittee, and to ensure that no vessel utilizing the
docking facility rests on the bottom substrate,the boatlifts and floating docks shall be constructed in
strict compliance with the attached workplan drawings,and all"stops"shall remain in place for the.
life of the docking facility.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DEQ and the
qualified persons within twenty(20)days of the issuing date. Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission.
