Jason,
I am sending a sketch with pictures and details of the new stair access we discussed earlier today. Hopefully
the attached explains it well, but please let me know if you need more. I tried to rope off the rough stair line with pink
string, but it is difficult to see in the picture. In the first picture I went ahead and added green lines to try and show
it. Not an artist, so it is a rough sketch at best.
I also included extra pictures to show that I think the left turn parallel to the ocean will extend less than the
original stairs,as well as equal or less than other current stairs or beach access points in place today.
Note: Please ignore the extra deck posts for now. I had Jimmy review this with me so I could replace the
existing ones that are braced. I was not able to see the shape they were in until we lost the sand during the storm. I am
in the middle of putting new ones in to replace.
Please let me know if this is ok, and if not please let me know my best next step.
