Send all suspicious email as a, attachment to report seam anc.g-ov Hi Heather, I am David Upchurch, representing The Oaks Dock Association on Front Street. I am following up on an email you received from Tim Grimes of Outer Banks Marine Construction. He sent you pictures of our dock damage from Hurricane Florence and we have contracted with him to repair the damage. I understand that no permit is needed and that we will not be working within the 15 foot setback. We are hoping to facilitate this r' process for Tim as he is a busy man. What else do you need from us to issue the emergency GP?
