is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the

The sand dune we wish to create will be approx. 35ft long 6 to 8 ft wide at base and 4 to 6 ft tall.
The sand will be taken from Hampton Colony roadway and from the north side of the road way where it was
pushed to by the town after Florence.
All of the dune will be to the west side of pool at the new vegetation line you described.
