Hello Patrick,
Per our conversation the address for Ken Lovette's property is 711 Sonata Dr. SE Bolivia, NC.
Scope of work:
The pier has been lifted up by rising flood waters and moved several feet downstream and set back down when water receded. We are taking the pier apart piece-by-piece, and
returning it to the exact previous location using all the lumber and salvagable nuts and screws. We are using the same pilings,girders,joists, and deck boards.We are also going back
to the same elevation as before. There will be no additional structures built and all will be to original positions as the CAMA permit allows. Thank you for your help with this matter
