Four Seasons Property Management
As per our earlier conversation,we are requesting to replace the 8' x go' south floating dock at Blockade
Runner Resort, 275 South Lumina Ave on Wrightsville Beach. The dock was badly damaged during
Hurricane Florence and needs replacing. The new dock will be the same exact size and will be installed
in the same footprint, in the same location. I have attached an overhead depicting the dock that needs
to be replaced along with the authorization from the owner to obtain the permit. If you need anything
else please let me know.
