Dear Tara,
On behalf of the Caswell Baptist Assembly, we are requesting a CAMA General Permit to replace
approximately 300 linear feet of vinyl sheet pile bulkhead with a new composite sheet pile bulkhead
approximately two feet water ward of the existing bulkhead. The existing vinyl sheet pile failed as a result of
Hurricane Florence and will be removed. The new composite sheet pile bulkhead will be anchored using
concrete deadmen.
Landowner notification was sent on September 27, 2018 and we have not received return receipts at the time of
this letter. Please contact me if there are any questions regarding this permit request. Thank you for your
assistance.
