Ben Goetz, the property owner at 302 East Bay Street, has hired McPherson Marine Services to
replace his existing dock. The dock will be in the same footprint as his existing dock. We are
obtaining a replacement CAMA permit and part of the process is notifying the adjacent riparian
neighbors. The city owns the property to the right of Mr. Goetz. If you have any questions please
