To briefly describe the project, Dee Properties, LLC has hired me to oversee and facilitate the replacement of their sound front bulkhead with a new, similar structure to be built 2' west of the existing. In addition, the existing pool will be removed and turned into a landscaped yard with a new retaining wall, matching the existing wall in height will be located approximately half way between the sound front bulkhead and main structure. The new pool and pool deck will be built on land to the north of the main structure at 1162 Duck Road. This in effect will move the pool complex to the far side of the main structure from your property.
