i appreciate you taking the time to explain the above -captioned project to me yesterday. As we
discussed, while we have not yet received the certified mail package, this email shall serve as
confirmation of receipt of the below email and our consent for you to proceed with the proposed project
as outlined, including the replacement of the sound front bulkhead with a new, similar structure to be
built 2' west of the existing in front of the lots for 1162, 1164 and 1166 Duck Road, with an appropriate
tie-in to our bulkhead at the property line between 1160 and 1162 Duck Road.

Hello Mr. & Mrs. Hianik,
I have sent you by certified mail the same information as attached to this email regarding
your adjoining neighbor in Duck proposal to replace their sound front bulkhead, pool &
land side retaining wall. To briefly describe the project, Dee Properties, LLC has hired me
to oversee and facilitate the replacement of their sound front bulkhead with a new, similar
structure to be built 2' west of the existing. In addition, the existing pool will be removed
and turned into a landscaped yard with a new retaining wall, matching the existing wall in
height will be located approximately half way between the sound front bulkhead and main
structure. The new pool and pool deck will be built on land to the north of the main
structure at 1162 Duck Road. This in effect will move the pool complex to the far side of
the main structure from your property.
Please respond to this email or contact Sandy Cross at the Town of Duck as per the
attached forms should you have any questions or concerns.
